Construction process is finished and complex will be delivered in four month.

Complex was built by experienced and qualified construction team – using high quality materials and international standards.

Project is situated in Ortachala district, Gulua str. #1 – Near to city’s business, administrative and touristic center.

Building has its own Recreational Zone – Green Strip; Underground Parking; Fitness Center with Summer Area; 3 Entrances and 2 Elevators in Each Hall. It’s 12 story building.
